We developed the visual identity for this event with over 1500 attendees. The identity was implemented throughout:  invitations and emailings, website (with online registration), PowerPoint templates, 3D layouts, beach flags, signage, 20-page brochure with full agenda, badges, decoration, motion design, graphical animations. To top it off, we designed a folding cardboard chair that was distributed to all participants...For this event we worked with VBO-FEB directly for some of the implementations, and with DDMC for others.

On-site, we operated the presentations and the video animations during the keynote speeches.
